We started in a tiny kitchen in Beşiktaş.
Our dreams were big… but our burgers? Even bigger.

First bite happened. Then another one.
And just like that, Betro became a restaurant.

Next stop: Kadıköy. Then Taksim.
Same flavor. Same thrill. Every time.
Every new shop adds a fresh touch to burger culture.

Ingredients? We never left them to chance.
We craft our own patties. We build sauces from scratch.
We chose to reinvent flavor, not just to control it.

We said, “That’s not for us.”
